I enjoyed this one when I read it this morning:

Alan Watts, “The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge with it, move with it and join the dance.”

Some people are so adversely affected by change, and I’ve never quite understood why. I realize that change for change’s sake isn’t always a good thing, but change on its own merits isn’t a bad thing either.
