			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Holy crap, so I did a test last night (I&#8217;m a bit out of sync with Week 4 now, thanks to my schedule being out of whack for the next two weeks), and I did 50 consecutive pushups.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve never been able to do that before, not even close. The program is doing a wonderful job of helping me gain some strength and some stamina where I&#8217;ve lacked it all of my life. Sweet!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I finished up Week 1 of One Hundred Pushups. Not too bad actually, the soreness wore off after the 2nd day of it. Today is the last day for Week 1 of Two Hundred Situps. Not surprisingly to me, that one is easier for me to do. I hate crunches, but I&#8217;ve always been able to do them with good form. I&#8217;ve been in column 3 since the start for that program. I think I&#8217;ll be able to complete that one in the allotted 6 weeks. </p>
<p>The pushups however, might be a different story. I think I&#8217;ll end up repeating a week or two when I hit Week 5 or 6, but we&#8217;ll see.</p>
