Yesterday I did over 100 pushups, not consecutively (yet), but in the 5 sets I did over 100. Today over 5 sets I did 205 situps. Methinks the program works.

I finished up Week 1 of One Hundred Pushups. Not too bad actually, the soreness wore off after the 2nd day of it. Today is the last day for Week 1 of Two Hundred Situps. Not surprisingly to me, that one is easier for me to do. I hate crunches, but I’ve always been able [...]

I’ve decided to try out the One Hundred Pushups program and the Two Hundred Situps program, to help out with my overall health. One Hundred Pushups Two Hundred Situps Day 1 of the pushups is complete. Day 1 of the situps starts today!
