Well, my New York Jets try to get past the New England Patriots today, in the Wildcard round of the NFL Playoffs. I’ve lost interest in the NFL over the years, since I don’t get very many Jets games in Tallahassee, but the playoff give me the opportunity to watch them, thankfully. The Jets and Pats split the season series, each team winning on the road.

Some interesting Jets links:

Brian Bassett is offer his motivational clips for Head Coach Eric Mangini to use during the playoff run.

JetsLocker has their preview of today’s matchup.

New York Newsday offers a pretty good preview of the game and why Eric Mangini has the best chance to beat a Belichick team.

And of course, there’s the Post, going out on the limb.

Unlike on ScalpEm, I’m making no predictions for the Jets. But, I’ll have my jersey on and be firmly planted in front of the TV for the game.

J! E! T! S! Jets! Jets! Jets!
