After 5 weeks… The weight thing is better… bye bye too many evil carbs. ::sheds a single tear:: I got all of my walking in this week and some extra.  I know guys look goofy “walking” but I like it. And, my knees don’t hurt like running. And, running  just pisses me off anyway. I’ve [...]

After 4 weeks… No change in weight. Bad week for exercise other than lifting servers… my stupid left toe was all messed up. Thank you baseball cleats in my younger years… THANK YOU! The car fund is already complete for January 2009.

After 3 weeks… No change in weight, argh… then again I haven’t been trying hard enough. Exercised 3 times, 1 walk, 2 Wii Fits. The car fund is already complete for January 2009.

After 2 weeks… No change in weight, but that’s okay for this week. Exercised 4 times… 3 Wii Fit days and 1 carpet scrubbing days.  The car fund is already complete for January 2009.

After 1 week… Down 3 lbs. Exercised 4 times… 2 Wii Fit days and 2 carpet scrubbing days. Yeah, I realize carpet scrubbing doesn’t sound like exercise, but trust me it is, a full body one at that. Added funds to the car fund for the month.
