The best ice cream frozen custard I’ve made to date… Vanilla #2 (custard based) from The Ultimate Ice Cream Book. I can’t wait for dessert tonight. Have I mentioned how great that Kitchenaid Ice Cream attachment for the mixer is?

I meant to take a picture, but I forgot. Let’s just say “Mint Ice Milk” isn’t what I was going for last night. Oh well.

One word for it… Heaven. Bread? Check. Cookies? Check. Mixing hamburger meat? Check. Cakes? Check. Ice Cream (thanks to the attachment)? Check. How the hell am I supposed to lose weight when I have a toy like this in the kitchen now?
