Finishing Up Week 1 Today
I finished up Week 1 of One Hundred Pushups. Not too bad actually, the soreness wore off after the 2nd day of it. Today is the last day for Week 1 of Two Hundred Situps. Not surprisingly to me, that one is easier for me to do. I hate crunches, but I’ve always been able to do them with good form. I’ve been in column 3 since the start for that program. I think I’ll be able to complete that one in the allotted 6 weeks.
The pushups however, might be a different story. I think I’ll end up repeating a week or two when I hit Week 5 or 6, but we’ll see.
